With the Danish name for the frizzy feeling of great bubbling brew, BRUS is bringing the quirky, experimental approach to beer into a wider and wilder selection of micro-brewed beverages. Brew masters will experiment with a continuous development flow counting hoppy IPA’s, barrel-aged craft beer, organic sodas, craft tonics, kegged cocktails, kombucha and mead; everything produced in small batches and bottled on location.
We’ve travelled the world to produce ever evolving and inspired beer. With the new brewpub, part of To Øl is coming back home. All production of our barrel-aged beer is moved from our cellars in Belgium to the premises on Nørrebro.
